We support individuals emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and economically. By building inner confidence and resilience, we help people—like girls with dreams, widows in business, or grandparents raising families—lead purposeful lives. Our programs address real-life needs through coaching, mentoring, and psychosocial support, promoting lasting, inside-out transformation.
Inclusive Empowerment
No one should be left behind. We work with marginalized groups—especially women, youth, children, and the elderly—recognizing their unique challenges and strengths. Our intersectional approach breaks down barriers and restores dignity, voice, and leadership for all, regardless of background.

Trust, honesty, and transparency guide our every action. We are accountable to the communities we serve, rejecting corruption and upholding ethical leadership. We lead by example and teach integrity as a personal and community value—because true empowerment rests on a foundation of trust.
Who We Are
EmpowerLife Foundation (ELF) is a community-centered, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Mayuge District, Uganda. We are dedicated to creating sustainable change and long-term empowerment in underserved communities across Uganda. Since our founding, we’ve worked with vulnerable populations to catalyze progress through integrated, cross-sectoral development programs.
Our Organizational Structure
ELF is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under the guidance of a General Assembly. Our dedicated teams are organized into specialized committees covering areas like finance, program development, and procurement, ensuring effective and accountable operations.
Financial Accountability
We are committed to financial transparency. All our funding — including donations, grants, and community contributions — is managed according to strict national accounting standards. ELF undergoes regular independent audits to ensure every resource maximizes impact.
